This organization shall be called “Bayanihan Association of America, Inc.”

Mission
1. We believe and will abide by the following principles:
a. We uphold the truth and there’s no other way but the truth in our organization.
b. We recognize that individuals have inviolable rights, as well as organizations, countries, etc., and, we respect those rights as we want others to respects ours.
c. Unity is what creates us, therefore, we set aside indifferences, conflicts, hearsays, gossips and be united to achieve our goals and aspirations at all times.
d. We uphold that “Bayanihan Association of America, Inc.” will rise above the boundaries of color, religion, status and ethnicity, either in times of need or plenty.

We, the members of “Bayanihan Association of America, Inc.”, imploring the help of God, and desiring to unite ourselves in common aspirations and endeavors, realizing the importance of solidarity in exercising this Constitution and By-Laws, do hereby proclaim with our own free will, that the articles contained herein with the understanding that we may be able to help and serve better our community and our fellow men.
